Do the plans include a phone number?
No. Every plan is data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. WhatsApp calls work over data, and your home SIM can stay on for texts.
Do I need to turn on data roaming?
Yes, for the eSIM line only. It connects to Globe as a roaming line, and there is no extra charge for roaming on it. Keep Data Roaming off on your home SIM so your carrier does not charge you.
When do my plan days start and end?
Days start once the eSIM is installed. Each day ends at 11:59 PM Philippine time (GMT+8), including the first day, so pick one day more than your stay.
Will TikTok or ChatGPT work?
No. TikTok and most AI apps, such as ChatGPT, do not work on this eSIM.
When should I install it?
On Wi-Fi, the day before you fly or after you land. Your plan days start when you install, so there is no reason to install weeks early. The QR is valid for 30 days and scans once.
Daily or total data?
A short Manila stop fits 1 or 3 days at 1 GB a day. A week of island-hopping fits 7 days · 3 GB or 5 GB. Two weeks: 15 days · 5 GB or 10 GB. A long stay with light use: 30 days · 3 GB.
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Yes. Hotspot is included, so you can share the connection with a laptop or a travel partner.
Can I buy two plans in one order?
Yes. One checkout, one email, and a QR for each eSIM.
Can I top up if I run out?
No. There are no top-ups. If you run out of data or days, buy a new plan and install its QR.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, the phone supports eSIM. It must also be unlocked from your home carrier.
How long is the QR valid?
Install it within 30 days of receiving it. Each QR scans once, so do not delete the eSIM during your trip. No documents are required.
What if the QR never arrives?
The order page keeps it. If the eSIM cannot be issued, our team is alerted and the order is refunded.
